Remote Deposit Capture
Deposit checks directly from your place of business with Remote Deposit. Simply scan checks right at your desktop using a small scanner that electronically sends the images to First National Bank of the Gulf Coast for deposit.

Remote Deposit Capture Login
ACH (Automated Clearing House)
The ACH function of our Electronic Banking allows you to electronically transmit funds from one account to another at different banks as needed or on a prearranged schedule. Other features include:

Account Reconciliation
First National Bank of the Gulf Coast offers Full Account Reconciliation as either a stand-alone service or a complement to our Positive Pay. Simply provide a file with the check number, dollar amount, and issue date of each check issued uploaded though Electronic Banking. Once the Bank reconciles the issue data to the paid activity, we then provide reports of both checks issued and paid, and checks issued but outstanding.
Check Image CD-ROM
First National Bank of the Gulf Coast’s image storage solution provides long term storage for images of canceled checks; deposit tickets, checks deposited, and bank statements. Eliminate the boxes of old bank statements and canceled checks kept in storage. Multiple account statements and images can be burned on a single CD-ROM each month. Images can easily be viewed from the CD-ROM or imported onto your hard-drive
Lockbox Services
This state-of-the-art Lockbox Service provides convenient processing of high volume payments for your business. This streamlined remittance process provides features such as:

Master Escrow Services
By opening a Master Escrow Account you will no longer waste valuable time managing separate escrow accounts. This account will save time with its streamlined opening and closing procedures and will also reduce paperwork by no longer requiring letters of request. Make deposits with a special deposit ticket with the client’s name, address and tax id number. The Bank will manage your escrow and do the escrow accounting for you. There are no fees or charges for this service.

Merchant Services
We can make it easy for your business to accept and process debit and credit cards. We offer many solutions which can expand your customers' payment options, simplify your business operations and increase revenue by accepting credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks, gift cards, and other payment options.
Positive Pay
Positive Pay is designed to provide enhanced security over your check disbursement process. You provide a file listing check number, date, amount and payee of each check you have issued. You then send a file to the Bank via their Electronic Banking Positive Pay Module. The check issued information is delivered to the Bank no later than 6:00 pm EST on the day checks are issued. The check file will be processed daily by the Bank against each day’s cleared checks.
Checks that do not match are listed on an exception report via your online banking. Customer is responsible for researching each exception item (check) and instructing the Bank by 11:00 am EST with a pay or return decision. Other benefits include:
- Provides enhanced internal controls over physical checks
- Identifies posting errors as the occur
- Safeguards accounts from any tampered or counterfeit checks
- Expedites the month end reconcilement process
Intrasweep Checking
First National Bank of the Gulf Coast’s IntraSweep Account is designed for all commercial accounts, including corporations, small businesses and nonprofit organizations. The account offers competitive money market rates and added measure security with FDIC insurance up to $250,000.00 for each depositor.
The sweep services use an end-of-day process to precisely calculate your daily cash position. If the investable balance exceeds any predetermined target balance, the funds from the checking account are automatically transferred into an investment account. Likewise, if funds are needed to cover checks or other disbursements, a transfer is automatically made from the investment account into the checking account. All funds are fully available each morning, and interest is paid monthly.
IntraSweep investment is made in an FDIC-insured money market account. Reserve Management Corporation acts as your agent in maintaining the First National Bank of the Gulf Coast’s Sweep Account. Reserve Management Corporation has over $40 billion in assets under management.

specifically for the iPhone.
Use the Mobile Banking App to access the standard features of mobile banking

Prior to installing the Mobile Banking App, you will need to sign up for Mobile
Banking by navigating to
www.fnbofgc.com
and logging into your Electronic Banking Account. This will require your
Electronic Banking ID and Password.
Once you are logged into Electronic Banking, click on the "Options" Tab and then
select the "Mobile Settings" tab. Complete the required fields and follow the
prompts to activate the service with your mobile device.
Standard Messaging, air time, and
data charges with your cell service carrier may apply. Availability subject to
carrier limitations and phone or device capabilities.
