You may use your Debit Card at any location that accepts MasterCard.

I received my new Debit Card in the mail. How do I activate my card?


To activate your card, please use your card at any ATM or PIN-based transaction machine using the PIN sent to you by mail or the PIN you selected at account opening. Using your card for the first time will activate your card.

 

Electronic Banking \ Bill Pay


Q: I am locked out of Electronic Banking. How do I reset my password?


If you have previously answered your "Personal Question and Answer" in the "Options" section of Electronic Banking, you may click "Reset Password" from the top right side of the Electronic Banking login page. You may also call toll free (877)763-0244 for assistance.


Q: Who should I contact if I feel that my Electronic Banking ID or password has been compromised?

Q: Is First National Bank of the Gulf Coast's Electronic Banking service compatible with Quickbooks or Quicken?


Yes, our service is compatible with Quickbooks and Quicken.

Who do I contact if I believe there is an error on my statement?

Please contact us at (877) 763-0244. To dispute a transaction, you must write to First National Bank of the Gulf Coast, 3560 Kraft Road, Naples FL 34105 within 60 days. Include your name, account number, the dollar amount of the transaction in question and describe the error.

Understanding Deposit Insurance Coverage on your Accounts


First National Bank of the Gulf Coast is an FDIC Insured institution. To help you determine your FDIC insurance coverage for all types of deposit accounts we have provided a link to a simple to use online FDIC tool called "EDIE". This tool lets you know, how the insurance rules and limits apply to your specific deposit accounts-what's insured and what portion (if any) exceeds the coverage limits.
